Fadin’ by 9 at Artichoke Music

Fadin’ by 9 is a collection of many musical streams, converging into the great river of bluegrass. As long as there’s a driving beat, interesting lyrics, places to harmonize and show off tasty licks, we’ll give it a try. We’ve been together going on 18 years now, evolving as we go. We pull from our various musical histories, from traditional bluegrass to more contemporary tunes that, in Seth’s words, “were really bluegrass tunes from the beginning, but never knew it until we got to them.” Come find out what we mean at an upcoming show.
