Hi all you OBA members out there (and others too),

If any of you are interested in seeing / hearing a little bit of bluegrass music with your vaudeville (an interesting combination), then this show might be one to catch.

The bluegrass band Sam Hill – with Doug Sammons on guitar and vocals, Jeff Smith on mandolin and vocals, Chuck Davidshofer on bass and vocals, and me (Peter Schwimmer) on banjo and vocals – will be opening the show at 7 PM and play a short segment (15 minutes or so). The show continues until 10 PM. There is a lot of variety in the show, so that is why our segment can’t go On and On (as my one lead vocal song does).

Maybe we’ll see some familiar faces at the show (if we can recognize you, which could be difficult if you are in an totally optional Halloween costume, or if we are in a drunken stupor, as Doug suggested (he was just kidding)).????
