Honey Don’t and Use’ta Do at the Multnomah Grange
October 12 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
$15.00Honey Don’t is an acoustic duo based in Bend, Oregon consisting of husband and wife team Bill Powers and Shelley Gray. The music is original for the most part and based in the folk tradition. From traditional influences to electric and back, The band’s albums explore new territory, different players, different studios, and different textures all based around Bill’s award-winning songcraft, the undeniable back-of-the-beat groove and the combination of Bill’s dust-laden voice and Shelley’s clear lilting harmonies- these things define the unique sound of Honey Don’t.
Use’ta Do is a Bend, Oregon based roots-country and bluegrass band playing with a nod to great musical eras; acoustic instruments, single microphones, and song choices from pioneers in American, bluegrass, and even modern takes on pop and rock tunes.
Doors at 6pm with picking circle before the show. $15 suggested donation.
